Account Tiers & Upgrades
The difference between free and paid tiers and how to upgrade.
Tiers
TowerCoverage offers a basic free tier and several paid tiers (Tiers 1 through 15). Higher tiers unlock access to certain benefits such as:
- The ability to store more coverages and higher API allotments.
- Bulk EUS Uploads.
- 1-Meter Clutter Data in select areas (Tier 3 and above).
Upgrading
Open the account menu (top-right) and choose Upgrade. Select a tier, review pricing, and pay by credit card (Authorize.net) or PayPal. Upgrades take effect immediately.
1-Meter Clutter Data availability varies by region. Contact support to confirm coverage for your area.
Downgrading
Admins have the ability to downgrade an account but the current number of coverages needs to be within the limit of the chosen tier before they can move forward. There are no restore points for the TowerCoverage platform so please proceed with caution if you choose to delete coverage data.
