Bulk Update Non-Serviceable EUS Data

This feature allows an Account Admin go to the EUS Data list and click the Update NonService button in the top menu.

When clicked it will popup a notice for them to verify that they wish to set all New EUS with no potential links as Non-Service Records.

Upon confirming, it will update all records for the account to the red X pin type so that they are displayed and non-serviceable on the map.
